My Best Life
A Therapy Program for Anyone Who Is Fed-Up With Things Not Being As Awesome As They Should Be.
This 8 week therapy package is for you if you are fed-up and tired of wasting time living an unfulfilling life and not meeting your own potential- if you are ready to live your BEST life and tap into your inner awesomeness, this package was designed for you.
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will guide you to unlock the barriers to living your most fulfilling, inspired, and happy life. This program is best at serving those who are highly motivated to change their thinking patterns, break old and destructive habits, learn to master their mind by controlling how they manage and react to difficult emotions and experiences, and transform their Self, their relationships, and their life— but have not yet been able to execute their goals for change on their own or with traditional psychotherapy.
You will be trained in mastering and gaining control over your own mind and behavior through interventions and teachings chosen specifically for you.
Your therapist will give you the education, practice, and encouragement you need to integrate the powerful aspects of neuro-plasticity (a fancy term for “rewiring” and literally changing your brain), positive psychology, values driven behavior change, mindfulness, and an abundance and growth-based mindset. Your new skills and self-awareness will lead you to finally be the passionate, joyful, successful person you are underneath all the junk that’s been covering up how amazing you are.
You will receive face-to-face support, guidance, and empowering lessons to motivate you towards living your best life immediately, as well as weekly support check-ins from your therapist to ensure that any roadblocks or negative thinking pitfalls are avoided. Your therapist will develop uniquely tailored projects, readings, and reflective activities for you to work on in-between sessions—which will all be aimed at creating your personalized, one-of-a-kind BEST Self and BEST Life.
Week 1: Your therapist will assess your strengths, your level of optimism, your subjective perception of how much happiness you are experiencing, and all of the current barriers to your success.
You will be guided in developing a clear vision of your best life and who you want to be. Your therapist will help you identify the key components of your thinking, behaving, and beliefs that are holding you back from being as awesome as you can be.
Your therapist will create an individualized plan to quickly and intentionally lead you to stop all destructive thinking and behavior patterns, develop a strong and confident identity, build self compassion and esteem, and increase your motivation and action towards living YOUR best life.
This initial assessment and planning stage will guide the course of your 8-week awesome transformation. 7 goals for profound change will be set and your therapist will create a uniquely tailored plan for your next 7 weeks, in which you will actively engage in changing your life in and outside of the therapy office.
Week 2-7:
Active Working Stage
You will meet with your therapist for 1 hour a week and be given clear instructions for reflective, behavioral, relational, and cognitive activities, practices, and teachings to work on before your next session. You will have two phone check-ins with your therapist to assess progress and identify barriers and stuck points that you may need support for.
Week 8:
Planning for Continued Growth
You and your therapist will collaboratively review all of your progress and strengths that will lead to continued success in living your best life (one that YOU personally designed, worked hard for, and are PROUD OF).
By the end of your program you should expect to feel awesome, love yourself, love your life, and have the skills you need to continue thriving.
Aftercare:

This package includes lifetime monthly 30 minute check-ins with your therapist to further increase your awesome potential and make your best life continue to get even better as you grow.
