Something doesn’t feel right. You’re dissatisfied, frustrated with yourself, and feeling hopeless wondering whether you or your situation will ever change. The only reason you’re aware of your unhappiness, your lack of motivation, or the fact that your life isn’t everything it can and SHOULD be is because you are also aware that you DESERVE better.
There must be something more. The more that we are yearning for is not more ice cream, more wine, more stress, or more guilt about all of the things we think we "should" be doing- but for some reason these are some of the many things we do when we are unsatisfied and needing something more.

Maybe you’ve been searching for a relationship or a job that’s meaningful and satisfying, and don’t know why you haven’t been able to find it yet.
Maybe you’re a new mother and feeling like you’ve lost yourself amongst the noise of children’s cartoons, play dates, and dirty-diaper-duty.
Maybe your children have recently moved out and you’re feeling left in the dust and confused about your new role and identity without kids to care for.
Maybe you’re questioning your religion, your sexuality, the relationship with your spouse, or your career.
Maybe you feel STUCK, inadequate, or emotionally and physically depleted.
Maybe you can't remember what it is like to just have fun, relax, and forget about the laundry list of to-dos you've created.
You don’t have to wait for things to change; you can MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN. Being Superwoman isn't all it's cracked up to be. You may be the caregiver, the best friend, the top employee, the house manager, the loving partner, the fun and sexy wife, while all the while losing YOU, your sanity, and building resentment towards those around you. I'm here to tell you that your life can be Super without you having to act like Superwoman.
