Therapy for Me

This includes support for:

• trauma and EMDR (including complex trauma)
• first responders
• women navigating pressure, overwhelm, or life transitions
• people who feel like they’ve “tried everything” but nothing really sticks
Our individual therapy services support adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and chronic stress. We also provide EMDR therapy for complex trauma, therapy for women, and therapy for first responders in Arroyo Grande and throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Therapy for My Relationship
For couples at any stage of struggle or disconnection.
We support couples navigating:
• constant conflict or shutdown cycles
• trust, loyalty, or betrayal
• intimacy, sex, and desire differences
• infertility and major life stressors
• pre-marital, post-separation, or rebuilding phases
• non-traditional relationships, including polyamory
We provide couples therapy and marriage counseling for partners struggling with communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, affair recovery, intimacy concerns, and major relationship stressors. Our approach incorporates Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles to support long-term relationship healing and reconnection.

Therapy for My Child or Family
or children, teens, and families who need support navigating emotional or behavioral challenges.
This includes:
• children under 17 needing support
• trauma in children and teens
• behavioral struggles or emotional overwhelm
• parent support and guidance
• family system dynamics and communication
Your therapist will help guide what makes the most sense based on your child and family’s situation.
We provide child therapy, family therapy, Child EMDR, teen therapy, parent support, behavioral therapy for children, and trauma therapy for kids throughout Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo County.
